Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies seeks a Manager, Systems Test Engineering to lead a team responsible for system-level testing of complex medical devices in Cardiovascular and Ultrasound. You will develop verification strategies, automate testing, and ensure compliance with design controls and regulatory standards.

You will mentor engineers, drive test infrastructure improvements, and partner across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to optimize product quality and time to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related technology field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product and technology development.
• 1–2 years of experience leading technical teams.
• 5+ years in the medical device or highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead system verification, validation, and reliability activities for cardiovascular and ultrasound devices.
• Develop and advance system test strategies, fixtures, tools, automation, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design controls and regulatory requirements are met.
