Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Manager of System Engineering for Diagnostic Imaging in Minnesota. You will lead the DI Systems team, shape the strategic technical roadmap, manage sustaining engineering and new product development, and collaborate with Product, Program Management and Marketing to deliver on roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in bio-medical engineering or related technology field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product and technology development.
• 1–2 years of experience leading technical teams.
• 5+ years’ experience in the medical device industry or highly regulated industry.
• Experience with developing and retaining top technical talent.
• Ability to lead people and achieve results through others as demonstrated by a clear record of accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of system engineers to deliver products and services based on customer needs as defined by the product roadmap.
• Contributes to the end-to-end strategic technical roadmap for Diagnostic Imaging
• Collaborate with Engineering to define the technology roadmap across the BMT portfolio that enables delivery of the product roadmap.
• Engage with the DI Divisional Director of Product Management and Program Manager as a member of the DI Leadership team to ensure prioritization of projects.
• Translate business and customer needs to product requirements and develop objective criteria to demonstrate that these have been met.
• Ensure the infrastructure and processes exist for having testable and traceable requirements.
