Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Manager of System Engineering for Diagnostic Imaging. You will lead a team of system engineers, align product strategy with customer needs, and own the technical roadmap across the DI portfolio.

As part of the DI Leadership Team, you will drive end-to-end development, sustain engineering, and new technology programs, partnering with Product Management and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in bio-medical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in the medical device industry or highly regulated industry.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of system engineers to deliver products and services based on customer needs and product roadmaps.
• Define and lead the technology roadmap across the DI portfolio and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory to achieve business results and ensure compliance.
