Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a global software team delivering medical device software. You will align strategy with business goals, mentor engineers, and collaborate across functions to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets.

The role requires strong leadership, Agile experience, and a track record of delivering results while navigating complex clinical environments. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field.
• 5+ years software development experience; 2+ years PM experience.
• 2+ years of direct or indirect people leadership experience.
• Experience with Agile processes; proven cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and ability to gain buy-in for initiatives.
• Experience with medical device software is a plus.
