Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in McClellan, CA is seeking a Systems Engineering Section Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers. This on-site role reports to the Department Manager and focuses on both management and technical execution.

The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree with extensive systems engineering experience and an active TS/SCI clearance. You will coordinate staffing, mentoring, and program reviews while advancing our strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 9+ years of systems, aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering experience OR a Master’s degree in STEM with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience applying modern systems-engineering processes (requirements management, verification & validation, risk management, integration and test).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
