Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join our team in Palmdale, California. In this full-time role, you will provide leadership to a team of Specialty Engineers, develop engineering requirements, and ensure compliance with safety and compatibility standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a STEM discipline and substantial experience in Systems Engineering. A Top Secret clearance is mandatory, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM discipline with several years of experience.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Experience supporting Systems Engineering Milestones SRR, PDR and CDR.
