Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in a STEM discipline and at least 9 years of combined professional/military technical and management experience, or a Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline and at least 7 years of combined professional/military technical and management experience.
• Must have experience in Operations Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Mission Integration or MBSE.
• Must have experience leading an engineering team or project.
• Must have experience with AGILE/SCRUM Master, MBSE with CAMEO, DODAF 2.0.
• Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance and SAP/SAR environment exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a section of systems engineers (15-20 personnel).
• Instruct, mentor and champion agile concepts and processes.
• Be responsible for hiring, development, training, and retention of section talent.
