Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to administer finance systems and applications that support mission-critical business processes.

You will be the primary process expert, collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to support end-to-end Salesforce finance workflows. The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience, with knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, security configurations, and production support.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years hands-on experience in Workday Financials modules.
• Knowledge of Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calc Fields, Integrations framework, Studio, BIRT and EIBs.
• Expertise in production support (L2/L3) and incident/problem management.
• Certified Workday expert in at-least one Financial module.
• Experience with Accounting Center and Prism.
• Familiar with Workday Community and latest releases.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and preventive solutions.
• Experience in a SOX compliant environment.
• Experience with AI/agentic workflow transformation.
