Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Workday Engineer to join a hybrid team focusing on configuring, developing, and testing Workday functionalities and integrations. You will implement enhancements across Workday modules and collaborate with internal teams and external integrators to translate business needs into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of Workday HRMS/Integrations experience, hands-on architecture and security knowledge, and proficiency in SQL/SOAP/REST.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of implementation experience in Workday HRMS and Workday Integrations.
• Hands-on Workday architecture, configuration, and integration knowledge.
• Experience with Workday security, business processes, reports, calc fields, Integrations framework, Studio and BIRT.
• Experience leading full life-cycle Workday implementations.
• Proficient in SQL or SOQL and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday enhancements to support our existing Workday implementation, covering both functional and technical aspects.
• Collaborate with internal Workday teams and business users to understand requirements, including 3rd party integrators.
• Participate in design sessions with developers, designers, product managers, and business systems analysts.
• Build test automation using tools such as Kainos; maintain scalable automation suites.
• Perform code reviews, diagnose quality issues, and create comprehensive test plans and defect reports.
