Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced System Engineering TS/SCI with poly leader to oversee all engineering and programmatic activities on a high-visibility government Task Order. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with the PMO, and ensure delivery of complex capabilities in support of mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Twenty years of SE experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering or related discipline required.
• Experience with DoDAF architectural views and standards.
• Ability to lead end-to-end SE efforts and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Systems Engineering lead for an Agile development team and direct architecture, design, and integration.
• Provide Scrum Master support, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments for the team.
• Coordinate with PMO, track risks, and deliver regular program status and reports.
• Oversee TTO engineering activities, staffing, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Brief government leadership on progress, health, milestones, and outstanding risks.
