Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree + 12 years of relevant experience or Master’s + 10 years.
• Minimum 10+ years as Systems Integrator for a government customer.
• 2+ years SI experience in cyber/communications/supply chain/maritime domains.
• Experience writing requirements, evaluating design docs and system flow charts.
• Experience planning and delivering enterprise-wide solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple fast-paced projects.
• Cultural competency and familiarity with USPACOM area essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into specific systems, applications, or processes.
• Advocate for the client as the architecture authority addressing business problems.
• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain enterprise-wide solutions.
• Analyze telecom and network systems requirements with technology needs in mind.
• Define functional/technical specs, standards, and system integration goals.
• Provide design direction and support for development teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper deployment throughout the mission lifecycle.
• Balance program equities and manage multiple contracts and funding streams.
