Job summary

EOA Technologies, LLC seeks a System Engineer to lead end-to-end endpoint security architecture for a U.S. Government client. You will drive the deployment and optimization of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Trellix HX across hybrid environments, ensuring total endpoint visibility and robust configuration management.

You will collaborate with threat analysts, translate intelligence into IOCs using KQL and YARA, and mentor engineers while safeguarding national security infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle engineering and scale-out architecture of MDE and Trellix HX across hybrid environments (on-premises, cloud, VDI).
• Author complex system engineering and implementation plans; tune agent configurations and exclusions for mission effectiveness.
• Translate threat intelligence into custom IOCs using KQL and YARA rules; advise on system risks for government stakeholders.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and provide advanced forensic support to SOC during incidents.
