Job summary

Integrity Technology Consultants is seeking a Senior-Level Systems Engineer (Level 3) to lead end-to-end Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) initiatives for the NSA program.

The role demands senior technical leadership, deep expertise in MDE and Trellix HX, and a track record of engineering secure, scalable systems in sensitive environments. On-site support at Fort Meade is required and DoD IAM certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with FullScope Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) architecture and deployment via MECM/SCCM or Intune.
• Experience deploying and managing Trellix HX in air-gapped or restricted networks and creating OpenIOC and YARA rules.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS internals.
• Compliance with DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II or III baseline certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural design, end-to-end integration, deployment, and optimization of endpoint security platforms (MDE, Trellix HX).
• Lead lifecycle engineering and scale-out architecture across hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud, VDI).
• Create engineering plans, tune configurations, and monitor endpoint health at scale.
• Translate threat intelligence into IOCs using KQL and YARA rules with threat analysts.
• Serve as primary technical advisor to Government stakeholders on system risks and engineering considerations.
• Provide advanced forensic support to SOC during high-priority incidents.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on the program.
