Job summary

Wyetech, LLC in Maryland seeks a Senior Systems Engineer (Level 3) to lead the Enterprise EDR program for national security assets. You will design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Trellix HX across hybrid environments, mentoring engineers and interfacing with government stakeholders.

Active TS/SCI with poly is required. You will work on high-consequence infrastructure, develop IOCs with KQL and YARA, and ensure robust threat containment and configuration management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years additional SE experience may substitute.
• Experience planning and leading systems engineering efforts required.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle engineering and scale-out architecture for MDE and Trellix HX.
• Collaborate with threat hunting for IOC development using KQL and YARA.
• Mentor junior engineers and advise government stakeholders on risks.
• Provide advanced forensic support during critical incidents.
