Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking Systems Engineers for a Boeing program in El Segundo, CA. The role involves designing and developing satellite systems for space-based applications across commercial, civil, and national security programs.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, apply common tools and processes, and support execution across the program life cycle. Active Secret clearance is required or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, math, data science or CS.
• Experience with systems engineering fundamentals and product lifecycle events (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and verify complex spacecraft systems across lifecycle.
• Coordinate system performance requirements and interface compatibility.
• Perform analyses to optimize system of systems and architecture.
• Identify unassigned scope and ensure proper distribution.
• Collaborate to resolve cross-functional technical issues.
• Lead system trades considering technical, cost, and schedule factors.
• Possibly lead or participate in ERB or RIO Board activities.
• Ensure SOW and specs are integrated into IPT workflows.
