Job summary

IESE Solutions is seeking Aerospace Systems Engineers to support the U.S. Space Forces mission of delivering warfighter capability via the Space Systems Command directorates.

Positions are available in El Segundo, California. Responsibilities include preparing SOWs and CDRLs for Space Sensing program RFPs, supporting IPTs and technical evaluations, and advancing space development systems from a product-support perspective.

Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with government weapon systems programs and space systems.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and FPDS/PIEE workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform integrated product support following AFIs and reference docs, including IPS elements.
• Prepare SOW proposals and CDRLs for Space Sensing program RFPs.
• Assist in technical evaluations for RFPs and participate in IPTs.
• Support development of space development systems from a product support perspective.
• Manage GFP tracking and DoDAAC setup in PIEE; ensure GFP deliveries are documented.
• Ensure FIAR readiness with key support documentation (KSD) and related DFARS clauses.
