Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology (incl. manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• Experience with systems engineering fundamentals and lifecycle events (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Lead, Level 3 typically requires 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop state-of-the-art satellite systems for space-based applications across commercial, civil and national security programs.
• Apply common products, processes, and tools across subsystems to achieve programmatic objectives.
• Work with Commercial, Government, and Proprietary Customers in development and deployment of next-generation technologies.
• Lead or participate in system and segment level trades, including technical, cost, and schedule aspects.
• Ensure contractual compliance by integrating the SOW and technical specs into IPT workflow.
• Contribute to requirements and MBSE infrastructures (e.g., DOORS, CAMEO) and derive performance and functional requirements.
• Forecast and track requirements compliance activities and support engineering change proposals as needed.
