RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer in Atlanta to drive development, integration, testing, and deployment of advanced Electronic Warfare and airborne RF sensor systems. You will lead system-level solutions, verify performance, and coordinate across IPTLs, with travel up to 20%.

A bachelor’s in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience are required, and US citizenship with security clearance eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years of experience in airborne RF, radar, EW, or sensor systems.
• System requirements development, design, integration, verification, and validation.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a US Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
• Familiarity with RF signal processing, waveform analysis, and algorithm testing.
• Proficient in MATLAB and Python for data analysis and scripting.

Responsabilités

• Lead system development, integration, testing, and deployment of advanced EW and airborne RF sensor systems.
• Develop system-level solutions including updates to signal processing and control algorithms.
• Plan and execute verification activities: simulations, lab tests, and data analysis.
• Drive troubleshooting and root-cause investigations in lab and field environments.
• Prepare technical results for internal/external stakeholders and maintain engineering artifacts.
