Job summary

RADAR is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to own end-to-end inventory features across hardware, firmware and software. You will lead design, implementation, testing and releases, coordinating across hardware, software, System Test, Product and Design teams to ensure high-quality customer outcomes.

You will analyze RFID data from stores and labs using Python and SQL, write robust system requirements, validate changes, and guide release planning.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with integrated hardware, firmware and software sensors or products.
• Strong data analysis skills with Python and SQL.
• Ability to align stakeholders across diverse technical backgrounds.
• Experience writing system requirements, test plans, or feature specs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership for assigned feature(s) across design, implementation and release.
• Analyze RFID tag read data from stores and test spaces using Python and SQL; monitor field performance in BigQuery.
• Write detailed, testable requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with System Test to validate designs and measure subsystem performance.
• Lead triage and debugging sessions to identify root causes and drive solutions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Hardware, Software, System Test, Product and Design.
• Plan releases and communicate validation and quality plans to leadership.
