Job summary

RADAR is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to own system-level inventory features end-to-end. You will lead problem solving, analyze test data, write requirements and coordinate releases to ensure high quality for all customer deliveries.

You will form relationships with the cross-functional team and bring clarity and efficiency to drive the group forward. You will own end-to-end testing through design, implementation, testing, debug and customer release.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• 5+ years in integrated hardware, firmware and software sensors/products.
• Ability to clarify complex technical/organizational situations.
• Strong problem solving with data analysis (Python/SQL).
• Entrepreneurial, takes initiative and drives teams.
• Strong leadership to align diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with high-level understanding.
• Experience writing system requirements, test plans, or specs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of assigned feature(s) and autonomous influence on design.
• Analyze RFID/test data across stores and spaces; monitor field performance in BigQuery.
• Write detailed, testable requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Validate designs with System Test; ensure integration with sensors, software and cloud analytics.
• Triage failures; lead debug sessions to root causes and solutions.
• Drive alignment across Hardware, Software, System Test, Product and Design.
• Deliver go/no-go releases with clear validation scope and timing.
