Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a Senior Systems Engineer in the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) discipline, supporting LTAMDS and GhostEye Radars. Lead the full lifecycle from concept to deployment with robust system solutions.

The role is onsite in Massachusetts with up to 20% travel to RTX facilities, test sites, and customer locations. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define requirements, test plans, and integration strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements, interfaces, and algorithms for complex radar systems.
• Lead testing plans, procedures, integration, and verification in simulated and real environments.
• Analyze data to troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
