Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) discipline, supporting LTAMDS and GhostEye Radars. You will develop requirements, definitions, and interfaces across the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

You will lead testing, analyze data, and collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and successful integration of hardware and software into tactical systems. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, and/or testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements, interfaces, and concepts of operations for complex systems.
• Lead testing efforts, create test plans, and verify documentation in simulated and real environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Collaborate to drive performance improvements and system integration.
• Model and simulate to predict system performance for verification and validation.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team and produce integration documentation and findings.
