Raytheon is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to join the SETC discipline for LTAMDS and GhostEye Radars, supporting the product life cycle from concept to deployment. The role emphasizes MBSE, SysML modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is required.
• Experience with systems requirements, systems software, and systems hardware; experience with systems integration and/or systems test is a plus.
• Experience syncing and tracing requirements between DOORs and SysML modeling tools such as Cameo / MagicDraw.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, system trades, and system interfaces.
• Develop and maintain SysML models and generate design documentation.
• Coordinate with Electrical and Software engineering to guide subsystem development and ensure requirement compliance.
• Interface with Customer and program stakeholders.
• Support technical peer reviews and provide feedback.
• Provide guidance to the design team and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Collaborate across full lifecycle from concept to deployment.
