Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to support projects across Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. You will lead technical activities, work with field teams, and ensure system acceptance while coordinating with customers and partners.

The role requires 25-50% travel and a strong foundation in RF and mobile radio engineering, with knowledge of industry standards and various network platforms. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• 5+ years of engineering/technical experience, or 7 years total experience.
• US work authorization is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of the project until system acceptance.
• Design and implement radio networks including infrastructure and backhaul.
• System buildout, configuration and acceptance testing in lab and field.
• Radio coverage testing, frequency analysis, and interference mitigation.
