Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Engineer VI to lead high‑complexity defense and aerospace programs. You will provide technical direction, programmatic oversight, and executive‑level coordination across disciplines. The role demands strategic leadership and a track record of delivering mission critical systems.

You will guide architecture, integration, and verification while managing risk, cost, and schedule to meet contractual objectives. Security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership in defense/aerospace.
• Experience leading large DoD or MDA programs with complex system integration.
• Proven ability to define technical strategy and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief project engineer for defense/aerospace programs.
• Define architecture, integration, and verification strategies.
• Oversee IPTs and subcontractors for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Lead design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and ensure readiness.
