Responsibilities

Lead a high-visibility, fast-paced engineering team delivering on schedule and cost objectives.
Engage cross-functional teams to align requirements and milestones across program management, manufacturing, and mission assurance.
Prepare and deliver technical briefings to internal/external stakeholders; manage risks and trade-offs.
Oversee long-range hardware development, ground and flight test activities, and software qualification/deployment.
