Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Systems Engineer Level 6 - Software IPT Lead to steer software and firmware teams in a high-visibility program.

You will lead technical, cost, schedule, and resource execution for IPT activities, coordinate with engineering and program management, drive risk mitigation, ensure safety and security integration, and deliver software products on time to support mission milestones and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience leading IPTs and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IPT for software development, overseeing performance, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Program Management, and Mission Assurance to meet milestones.
• Provide technical leadership for reviews, risk management discussions, and external briefings.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams toward timely software deliveries.
