Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of experience, or Master’s with 12 years, or Ph.D. with 10 years in STEM fields.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Demonstrated multi-disciplinary engineering leadership on complex hardware/software integrated systems.
• Experience as CAM or equivalent for scope, cost, and schedule; strong EVMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing engineering team within a fast-paced program environment.
• Provide technical leadership for internal and external briefings, program updates, and risk management discussions.
• Coordinate with IPTs, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Mission Assurance to deliver hardware on schedule and within cost.
• Maintain high standards with meticulous attention to detail and clear communication across stakeholders.
