The position requires US citizenship, active TS clearance, MBSE experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while balancing cost, schedule, and technical risk. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Minimum 6 years of Nuclear hardness analysis experience.
• Minimum 6 years of Systems Engineering on an EMD program.
• Minimum 6 years of MBSE experience.
• Strong understanding of nuclear weapon effects.

Responsibilities

• Review INF work products to drive design best practices and ensure compliance.
• Balance strict quality standards with procurement, fabrication and test asset needs.
• Present program management with informed decisions on technical options and risks.
• Champion process improvements for cross-functional teams and high-quality products.
• Serve as the OU expert in nuclear effects testing/analysis and qualification.
