Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a senior systems engineer to support Navy portfolios, with a focus on radar development and integration. The role requires extensive DoD systems engineering experience and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Hybrid work arrangement is available in the Washington, DC area, with primary duties performed on-site when required. Candidates should have 15+ years of relevant DoD experience and a strong track record delivering complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM.
• 15+ years of DoD systems engineering experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to maintain it.

• Lead and support major technical reviews and acquisition documentation.
• Ensure proper resources and priorities to meet program milestones.
