Job summary

Arenatechnologies is looking for a part-time radar systems engineer to support a fast-paced radar program within the Navy’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems. You will lead working group sessions, apply systems engineering processes, and provide expertise in radar development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, 12+ years of DoD systems engineering experience, and a DoD Secret clearance. A hybrid work environment is accepted, with primary work expected from NSWC Dahlgren.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in DoD systems engineering.
• Proven experience with Navy’s surface radar and combat systems design.
• DoD Secret clearance and the ability to maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead working group sessions applying systems engineering processes.
• Support technical interchanges and provide expertise in radar.
• Develop systems engineering documentation as directed.
