Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a full-time systems engineer to support a fast-paced Navy program focusing on radar development and integration. You will lead technical reviews and prepare acquisition documentation, ensuring milestones are met while coordinating resources and requirements.

The role requires 15+ years in DoD systems engineering, and a DoD Secret clearance. A Master’s degree and experience with EM spectrum are desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM.
15+ years of DoD systems engineering experience.
Proven experience with Navy surface radar, Electronic Warfare, and/or combat systems design and certification processes.
DoD Secret clearance and ability to maintain it during employment.
Master's degree (preferred).
Experience as Electronics Technician or with Electromagnetic Spectrum (preferred).

Responsibilities

Support a fast-paced Navy program within the Navy's Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems.
Lead technical reviews and produce required acquisition documentation; meet milestones.
Manage program needs and external requirements, ensuring resources align with priorities.
Work on radar development and integration documents and tasks., Lead and ensure SE processes across the program.
