Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a Systems Engineer with extensive senior-level experience to design, develop, integrate, and enhance mission-focused systems across multiple programs. You will balance technical, schedule, cost, and performance factors while driving innovative, data-driven solutions.

The role requires leadership, meticulous documentation, and familiarity with NSA data standards, MBSE tools such as Cameo and MagicDraw, and data-processing techniques.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Senior System Engineer (Level 6) experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics required.
• Experience substituting coursework or other degrees may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within and across organizations to develop mission-satisfying solutions.
• Create technical specifications including cost, schedule and performance impacts.
• Monitor project schedules and performance with program managers and leadership.
• Establish milestones and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Apply Lean/Agile methodologies across programs.
• Integrate engineering and development practices to deliver cohesive outcomes.
• Promote data standards and processing capabilities across NSA platforms.
• Lead teams developing NSA data standards and processing capabilities.
• Document complex information clearly and accurately.
