Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support requirements, architecture, design, integration, and verification of complex mission systems. You will translate user needs and CONOPS into system requirements, guiding technical solutions from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

Seven years of Systems Engineering experience in similar programs.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, CS, IS, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related field.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance at time of application.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements, CONOPS, and high-level architectures to derive system requirements.
Develop and allocate requirements to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
Support verification planning and Systems Engineering Management Plans and test plans.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders, developers, engineers, and IPTs to ensure alignment with architectures.
Create and contribute to Systems Engineering documentation such as Systems Engineering Plans and Interface Control Documents.
Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology across the lifecycle.
