Responsibilities

• Collaborate across programs to design and integrate systems.
• Create technical specifications with cost, schedule, and performance impacts.
• Lead milestones and stakeholder consensus.
• Apply Lean and Agile methods across programs.
• Develop clear, technically accurate documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of SIGINT data standards and processing.
