Job summary

Hadrian, a leader in autonomous manufacturing, is seeking an experienced engineer to own the design and delivery of automated equipment powering our factory automation platform. You’ll collaborate with mechanical, controls, software, and manufacturing teams to ship robust, scalable solutions.

You will guide architecture decisions, manage timelines and costs, and ensure the right equipment is built to meet evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing and deploying automated industrial equipment.
• Proficiency designing mechanical systems in CAD (SolidWorks, NX).
• Experience in an equipment development lifecycle or similar design lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define equipment and area design requirements from conception.
• Lead a cross-functional design team through full lifecycle from concept to production.
• Help build framework for Hadrian's equipment design, build, and deployment.
• Partner with Factory Development and Production to ensure turnkey deployment.
• Own the outcome and drive multi-team problem solving.
