Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is hiring a Sr. Staff Lead Systems Engineer (level 6) in Roy, UT for Special Programs & Futures. You will collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop systems engineering artifacts and mature architecture content for large programs.

The role requires a STEM degree with extensive MBSE experience, an active DoD Top Secret clearance, and proven leadership in engineering. This full-time position follows a 9/80 schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor or higher in STEM with extensive MBSE experience.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with recent investigation date.
Experience presenting to upper-level leadership and leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop systems engineering artifacts.
Develop and mature architecture content for large programs.
Incorporate requirements for the system and ensure representation in the model.
Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
Develop and apply model development processes and tool integration.
Support rapid prototyping and demonstrations.
