Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing systems engineering teams and projects.
• Expertise equivalent to industry certifications such as the ones listed (Azure, M365, CCNP, VCP, Palo Alto or equivalent).
• Proven track record in secure system design, lifecycle integration, and transition to operations.
• Strong interdisciplinary knowledge across systems engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and documentation.
• Familiarity with SC lifecycle management processes or willingness to be trained on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage systems engineering staff with task prioritization and performance management.
• Provide strategic guidance on architecture decisions, modernization, and policy formulation.
• Oversee design and documentation of enterprise IT solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
