Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Systems Integration Engineer to oversee SoS architectures and cross‑functional integration across tactical and cloud platforms.

The role requires hands‑on systems integration leadership in Navy/DoD environments and strong collaboration with cyber, operations, and program teams. You will document requirements, manage action items, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure secure, interoperable systems that support mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 10+ years of related experience in systems integration or DoD programs.
• Active or current Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead System of Systems engineering activities across SoS architectures.
• Coordinate engineering teams and external stakeholders using Atlassian/JIRA and M365.
• Analyze C2 data flows, interfaces, data types, schemas, and dependencies for interoperability.
• Support DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery for autonomous platforms and mission systems.
• Coordinate cloud-native and containerized platform integration with Kubernetes and EKS.
• Support cybersecurity RMF/ATO processes and asset coordination in Navy/DoD contexts.
