Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Lead Systems Integration Engineer to plan and execute complex SoS architectures across exercise and operational environments. The role spans tactical hardware, C2 data interfaces, cloud-native engineering, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity compliance, requiring cross-functional coordination across Navy and DoD stakeholders.

This is an in-person, on-site position. The successful candidate will lead cross-team integration, document requirements, and ensure secure, interoperable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience required.
• 10+ years of related experience in systems integration or DoD environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-disciplinary audiences.
• Experience coordinating diverse teams across engineering, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Experience with cloud, networking, hardware, cybersecurity, or OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SoS engineering activities across complex environments.
• Administer JIRA workflows and coordinate action items with stakeholders.
• Document C2 data flows, interfaces, and integration dependencies.
• Evaluate and optimize tactical hardware and communications systems.
• Support DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software delivery for autonomous platforms.
• Support cloud-native platform integration using Kubernetes and EKS.
• Coordinate tactical networking and secure network design per DoD/Navy.
