Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Cloud Computing Support Lead to act as the senior technical expert for enterprise cloud infrastructure hosting mission-critical workloads in a highly regulated environment.

The role designs, implements, and operates secure, resilient cloud platforms across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, translating requirements into standardized architectures, landing zones, and automation patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–15 years of relevant enterprise/federal IT cloud infra experience.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting.
• Experience leading incident, problem, change management for critical services.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across major providers.
• Translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures and standards.
• Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable provisioning.
• Design and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve reliability.
• Apply cloud security practices including IAM, segmentation, encryption, and key management.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex cloud incidents.
• Develop and maintain standards, SOPs, and runbooks for cloud platforms.
• Mentor engineers on automation and reliability practices.
