Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Systems Administrator Lead to support a key government program, focusing on design, deployment and maintenance of DoD IT systems. You will troubleshoot complex systems, optimize operations, and provide clear communications to management and internal customers.

Applicants should have AWS/Cloud experience, SecDevOps tooling, and a background in DoD environments, with an active security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in IT or related field with years of DoD-like IT experience.
• Two years of Sponsor systems administration experience.

• Six years in design, development and deployment of classified DoD systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot IT systems and analyze escalated tickets.
• Support dispatch system and hardware problem resolution.
• Assist design of systems, mission architecture and related hardware.
