Job summary
Beehive Industries in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for Sustaining Engineering to drive production readiness and maintain system performance. You will act as a cross-functional technical integrator across design, manufacturing, quality, test, and operations, resolving issues and maturing products for repeatable production.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and at least 10 years in aerospace, with hands-on additive manufacturing, GD&T, and strong root-cause
Qualifications
- 10 years of aerospace product or system experience.
- Direct engineering support to manufacturing operations and quality inspections.
- Experience collaborating across integrated supply chains.
- Proficiency with additive manufacturing methods and design for manufacturability.
- Familiarity with jet engine design principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead system-level investigation and resolution of issues in production.
- Evaluate non-conformances and production issues for impacts on requirements and reliability.
- Serve as technical integrator across mechanical, aerothermal, electrical, and quality teams.
- Coordinate root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Support design and manufacturing teams to improve producibility and reliability.
