Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a Manufacturing Program Manager to bridge Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality for NPI readiness. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate with vendors, and drive cost and delivery for complex jet propulsion projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in aerospace PM, knowledge of lean manufacturing, and a BS in engineering. U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance; PMP is a plus. Role supports collaboration across Knoxville or Loveland facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Sciences, Manufacturing, Supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• PMP certification desired but not required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Manufacturing Product Development Team activities with stakeholders.
• Create and manage project schedules and coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure hardware delivery.
• Communicate project progress, setbacks, obstacles, and improvements with engineering.
