Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience as an Integration and/or Test Engineer supporting software development programs on government contracts.
• Experience writing, executing, and integrating automated tests using automated test tools.
• Experience developing scripts using Python, Perl, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience supporting software verification and validation activities in a systems integration environment.
• Active and transferable DoD TS U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date, with the ability to obtain special program access.

Responsibilities

• Execute the program’s test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation
• Support full lifecycle integration and testing of real-time ground software systems, including software setup, test execution, regression analysis, and root cause resolution
• Collaborate across multi-vendor and multi-disciplinary teams to integrate and validate software releases from various upstream development teams
• Support customer-led mission test events and operational demonstrations
• Partner with Raytheon senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject matter experts to support system development and test execution
• Analyze system performance, identify technical issues, and drive solutions to closure
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous integration and delivery activities
• Work within a collaborative Agile program environment
