Job summary

RTX Corporation in Aurora, CO seeks a Senior Systems Engineer – Integration and Test to join a cross‑disciplinary team supporting a DoD program. Candidates must have a STEM degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, DoD TS clearance, and experience with automated testing, scripting (Python/Perl), and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience as an Integration and/or Test Engineer on government contracts.
• Experience writing and executing automated tests and integrating test tools.
• Experience developing scripts in Python or Perl; V&V in systems integration.
• Active and transferable DoD TS clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the program’s test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation.
• Support full lifecycle integration and testing of real‑time ground software systems, including software setup, test execution, regression analysis, and root cause resolution.
• Collaborate across multi‑vendor and multi‑disciplinary teams to integrate and validate software releases from various upstream development teams.
• Support customer‑led mission test events and operational demonstrations.
• Partner with Raytheon senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject matter experts to support system development and test execution.
• Analyze system performance, identify technical issues, and drive solutions to closure.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous integration and delivery activities.
• Work within a collaborative Agile program environment.
