Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer Integration and Test - Automated Testing
Location: Aurora, CO, US

Responsibilities
- Execute the program's test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, test architecture, verification, and validation activities.
- Support full lifecycle integration and testing of real‑time ground software systems, including software installation, test execution, regression testing, and root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multi‑vendor teams to integrate, validate, and verify software releases from upstream development teams.
- Support customer‑led mission test events and system‑level integration activities.
- Partner with Raytheon senior leadership, government customers, and technical subject‑matter experts to support system development, integration, and test execution.
- Contribute to Agile software development activities as part of a collaborative, cross‑functional program team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience supporting software integration and/or test activities within a government software development program.
- Experience developing, executing, and integrating automated tests using automated test frameworks and tools.
- Experience developing scripts using Python and/or Perl.
- Active and transferrable U.S. government‑issued TS/SCI clearance (required prior to start date); ability to obtain special program access after start.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Preferred: experience working in an Agile development environment (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Preferred: experience with automated testing tools such as Cucumber.
- Preferred: experience developing and deploying software in cloud‑based environments.
- Preferred: experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler.
- Preferred: experience with systems engineering lifecycle elements (CONOPS, requirements management, functional analysis, interface definition and control, verification, and validation).
- Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
