RTX in Aurora, CO is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for Integration and Test — Automated Testing. The role focuses on executing the test strategy, integrating real‑time ground software, and supporting lifecycle testing across multi‑vendor teams. Candidates should hold a STEM degree, 5+ years of government software testing experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with U.S.

citizenship. Experience with Python/Perl scripting, automated testing tools like Cucumber, and Agile tools (Jira,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in government software integration/test.
Experience with automated test frameworks/tools.
Scripting in Python and/or Perl.
Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Preferred: Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket; Cucumber; cloud environments; MBSE Cameo.

Responsibilities

Execute test strategy and develop test processes.
Support full lifecycle integration/testing of real‑time ground software.
Collaborate with multi‑vendor teams to integrate software releases.
Support customer‑led mission test events and system‑level integration.
Partner with leadership and customers to support development and test execution.
Contribute to Agile software development within a cross‑functional team.
