Job summary

RTX in Aurora, CO is seeking a seasoned software test engineer to support and expand automated and manual testing across the development lifecycle. The role emphasizes DevSecOps collaboration, performance and security validation, and reliable releases within a fast-moving, security-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in testing (or 3+ with an advanced degree) and hold TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship. Onsite work, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated test frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of Agile testing practices and continuous integration workflows.
• Ability to validate functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Experience managing test data and developing repeatable test processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
