Job summary

Maritz is seeking a System Engineer to design and support enterprise solutions in a hybrid role based in Fenton, MO. You will build scalable, secure systems across Windows Server platforms and cloud environments, applying automation and scripting to deliver new services.

You will collaborate with teams, handle on-call incidents, and help drive continuous improvement in system reliability and performance for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with Microsoft server products and services.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-scale, secure, resilient systems and tools.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy on-premises or cloud solutions, using CI/CD.
• Provide on-call support, training, and knowledge sharing for service offerings.
